I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience in Community Mental Health Centers, Crisis Health Centers, Student Counseling Services, both in Florida, UK and Ireland. I am passionate about counseling and the benefits it can bring and see it as a mental health investment. Most of my clients report they want to increase their resiliency in the face of difficult events or adversity. I believe that I can show you a way forward, identifying blocks in functioning and providing insight and skills to move forward, so you can be who you were meant to be.
